To już drugie spotkanie seminaryjne, zorganizowane w celu przedyskutowania oraz wymiany doświadczeń w zakresie edukacji formalnej i poza formalnej w dziedzinie praw człowieka. Tym razem poświęcone stronie praktycznej: sprawdzonym rozwiązaniom i wypracowaniu ram współpracy. Seminarium odbywa się w języku angielskim.
